Upgrading rooms shouldn't mean paying extra!!! The loud bathroom fan and poor room maintenance need immediate attention!!! It would be ideal to have better communication about room policies!!!

motel 6 wilkes barre arena is a great value with clean and comfortable rooms. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they had fun decorations for halloween during my stay. plus, the location is super convenient, being close to a restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast. they really know how to take care of guests here!

Additionally, the heating system was inadequate, as I struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the night. Despite the friendly staff, these inconveniences affected the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The place boasts an ideal location for shopping and dining, just 10 minutes from a major casino and mall. The room I was in had modern wood floors, making it feel clean and fresh, a big plus over the usual carpeted options. Unfortunately, there was an issue with water pressure in the shower, and the overall decor seemed outdated, indicating that some updates are due. Customer service was decent, but the experience was marred by these factors.
